Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be processed and prepared for shipment and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Returns
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our support team before requesting a return.
In most cases, our team will work with you to provide a solution such as:
• a replacement product
• a partial refund
• store credit
• or another appropriate resolution
Returns are only accepted when approved by our support team.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
• the product arrived damaged
• the product has a verified manufacturing defect
• the order was not delivered and confirmed lost by the carrier
To be eligible, customers must contact support within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued in cases including but not limited to:
• incorrect address provided at checkout
• delays caused by customs or carriers
• dissatisfaction after normal product use
• misuse or modification of the product
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging unless otherwise instructed by our support team.

Chargeback Policy
Customers agree to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with evidence including tracking confirmation and delivery verification.
